  2. I will reply back to you through email to set up a time to visit with you over the phone.  This brief conversation will allow me to hear your needs and determine if I am best able to provide the help that you are looking for.  It will also give you a chance to interact with me and ask questions to determine if I am the best fit for you as a therapist.

  3. If we find we are a good fit, I will email you a link to my client portal for you to fill out the required intake forms.  If we find we are not the best fit, I will be glad to offer referrals of other therapists to you in an attempt to help get you the help you need.

  4. We will then determine a time for our first session. 

  5. Fill out all the forms at least one day before our scheduled session.

  6. Contact me if you have any questions.

  7. Show up at the session ready for us to work together.


Do you offer in person or virtual therapy?

Both.  We can discuss your preference.

What is your rate?

Rates for an individual, couples, or family therapy are $120 per session.  Group counseling rates are $50 per session.

Do you take insurance?

 I do not file insurance claims but can provide an out-of-network “superbill” if you wish to file for reimbursement with your insurance company.  Check with your insurance provider for details on opportunities to file for services with out-of-network providers. 

How long does a session last?

Each session lasts approximately one hour.

How do I pay for the session?

When you arrive for your session, I will bill the credit card that you have placed on file with your intake paperwork.  If you have a HSA or Flex Spending debit card you can place it on file to use for payment.

Do you only see Christians?

No.  While I see life and relationships through a Christian worldview, I see clients from various faith perspectives and worldviews.
